Shipping and payment
Shipping
We ship all orders that arrive before 18:00 on the same day. We will try to ship orders that arrive later on the same day. Delivery is made directly from our warehouse in Muttenz and arrives the next working day.
We deliver all orders by Swiss Post. Our offer is aimed at consumers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs
For an order value below CHF 60.00, the delivery charge is CHF 9.90.
Shipping is free from any order value of over CHF 60.00.
Returns
Of course, we want you to like all our products so much that you never have to send anything back. However, if something doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 14 days.
Please note that we can only accept unopened and undamaged goods. And in the case of food and hygiene products, we generally have to exclude returns.

Payment
You can pay by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), TWINT, Paypal or invoice with instalment facility.
