Picked at dawn, when dew still clings to the buds, the leaves are then slowly withered indoors, away from sunlight, under perfectly controlled conditions. This rare and delicate process shapes the tea's identity: a subtle interplay of contrasts between darkened leaves and immaculate buds, dusted with silver.

Known in China as Yue Guang Bai (月光白), or Moonlight Beauty, this exceptional tea originates in the heart of Jinggu, in Yunnan province, the cradle of the great white leaf cultivars. Never touched by the sun, this tea is poetically described as ‘dried in the moonlight’. An expression inherited from ancient traditions, evoking a silent, slow and precious transformation — just like its liquor, which is smooth, refined and deeply elegant.
