Our sage is harvested at high altitude in Valais, where its flowers perfume every corner of the garden. Strong and fragrant, it reveals all the richness of its terroir with each infusion. Its infusion reveals a frank character, carried by vegetal and subtly camphorated notes.

Enhanced with a few rose petals from the garden or a dash of lemon, it transforms into an intensely fresh, invigorating and elegant drink.
