To allow you to enjoy your matcha at any time, we have designed practical 2g sticks, perfectly measured for preparing your favourite drinks. Easy to use, they can be adapted to suit your every desire: matcha latte, smoothie, or even iced.

Simply pour the contents of the stick into hot water or milk, then whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth, richly flavoured and 100% authentic matcha. In just a few simple steps, treat yourself to a moment of pleasure and well-being with every cup.

Preparation 1:

A tip for preparing an excellent matcha latte, hot or cold:

• Pour the contents of one matcha stick (2 g) into a bowl, then add 50 ml of hot water between 70 and 80 °C (avoid boiling water to preserve the aromas).

• Whisk vigorously using a chasen (bamboo whisk) with “W” or “M” motions until a fine and creamy foam forms.

• If a traditional whisk is unavailable, a shaker or milk frother will work perfectly.

• Then add warm milk, either dairy or plant-based, according to your preference.

• For a cold version, pour the milk over the matcha, then add a few ice cubes before enjoying.

Preparation 2:

To prepare a traditional matcha tea:

• Sift the contents of one matcha stick (2 g) into a bowl, then pour 70–80 ml of hot water (70–80 °C, not boiling).

• Whisk vigorously with a chasen in “W” or “M” motions at the surface of the tea until a fine and creamy foam forms.

• If unavailable, use a shaker or milk frother. Enjoy immediately.
