STICK DE MATCHA

Plant-based - Creamy - Flavorful

Matcha has become an essential ingredient, whether in your comforting hot drinks or your refreshing iced creations.

Originally from China and perfected over the centuries through the Japanese Chanoyu ceremony, matcha is much more than a simple beverage: it is a concentrate of benefits. Rich in antioxidant polyphenols, vitamin C and natural theine, it provides energy, vitality and a sense of well-being.

To allow you to enjoy your matcha at any time, we have designed convenient 2 g sticks, perfectly dosed to prepare your favorite drinks. Easy to use, they adapt to all your desires: matcha latte, smoothie, or even iced.

Simply pour the contents of the stick into hot water or milk, then whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth, rich and 100% authentic matcha. In a few simple steps, treat yourself to a moment of pleasure and well-being with every cup. Box of 25 sticks

Preparation 1:

A tip for preparing an excellent matcha latte, hot or cold:

  • Pour the contents of one matcha stick (2 g) into a bowl, then add 50 ml of hot water between 70 and 80°C (absolutely avoid boiling water to preserve the aromas).

  • Whisk vigorously using a chasen (bamboo whisk), making "W" or "M" movements, until you obtain a fine and creamy foam.

  • If you don't have a traditional whisk, a shaker or milk frother will work perfectly.

  • Then add warm milk, animal or plant-based, according to your preferences.

  • For a cold version, pour the milk over the matcha then add a few ice cubes before enjoying.

Preparation 2:

To prepare a traditional matcha tea:

  • Sift the contents of one matcha stick (2 g) into a bowl, then pour 70 to 80 ml of hot water (70–80°C, not boiling).

  • If unavailable, use a shaker or milk frother. Enjoy immediately.
